Casino parties are great for private events or as a fundraising activity for your organization. The only real difference between the two types of casino parties is that at a fundraiser those who attend are asked to make a monetary contribution in exchange for admission to the event. However, your casino party can also be turned into a fundraiser by finding sponsors for each casino table at the event. Private parties are great for individuals, businesses, non-profits, and government agencies.
At any type of casino event, your guests will be able to play the very same games that are found in actual Las Vegas casinos. Upon arrival, each guest is given a voucher for a pre-determined amount of chips to play with for the night. The voucher can then be exchanged for game chips at a casino table of their choosing. Your guests will enjoy learning new games, winning lots of play money, and having a great experience with friends, family, and/or co-workers.
At the end of your casino party your guests will exchange their winning game chips for raffle tickets that they can use to win prizes (you don't have to give away prizes - it's still a lot of fun). Although it’s not necessary to have prizes in order for your guests to enjoy their Casino party experience, prizes do enhances the excitement and give your participants something to shoot for. You can also consider awarding prizes to the highest "money" winners rather than using a raffle system.
Casino Party Planning Guidelines
The following table provides some generic suggestions on how many tables you'll want at your casino party based on the number of guests you plan on having. Keep in mind that this is totally customizable and is just a recommendation. Give us a call and we'll help you figure out what the best number and arrangement of tables is for your unique event. You may want more tables; you may want less; you may want a different distribution of table types. Whatever you want, we'll make it happen!
